This wickedly charming A-frame home is situated on 4 park-like acres of waterfront on the public side of Lake Anna. Enjoy your morning beer zoom by the salt water in-ground pool, on the large back deck with great lake views, or on the beach at the water's edge. Gigabit wifi indoors and out. The pool area has its own built-in kitchen, which is great for grilling while digesting your client’s notes. The main house welcomes you with a screened in porch area off of the kitchen. Two bedrooms, a full bath, living room, laundry, and dining area are located on the main floor. Upstairs on the loft is the primary suite with its own private balcony, a full bath, and lounging area. Outdoors has a plethora of space for team building yard games, or debriefing by the wood burning firepit after a full day of fun work.

Pauley Shores has its own screening room style editing suite, with a separate living quarter on the upper level. Offering 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, and a bunk room. Perfect for teams and coworkers to spread out with their own private area. The 160” 4k DCI projector suite can be configured to your editors preference with 28 core Mac Pro tower, dual LG 5k monitors running Adobe Creative Suite, Resolve or Media Composer.
